Estudio Cervera

Project for the change of use and adaptation of an empty and unused commercial premises into a single-space dwelling. The premises have a limited surface area that is distributed in a studio-type dwelling, with a living-kitchen-dining room at the entrance of the premises and the sleeping area and bathroom at the back. A minimal dwelling is achieved and the reduced façade is used to open up a large opening and give this beautiful light to the whole space.
