Change of use of premises to two compartmentalised dwellings. The open-plan premises are redistributed to accommodate two dwellings with 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room-kitchen-dining room of approximately 50 metres and a private patio of 20 metres each. The exterior materiality, as well as that of the common areas, respects the aesthetics of the building in which it is framed. The interior intervention, carried out under the condition of a low budget, is executed using current materials and taking advantage of the light and height provided by the original premises.
